Event Description:

This experiential workshop is your invitation to pause, recharge, and reconnect. You will be guided through a brief exploration of practical tools designed to prevent burnout, foster emotional well-being, and create lasting calm. Whether you're nurturing your own self-care practices or seeking strategies to support clients, this session will introduce ways you can fill your cup—and keep it full.

Presenter: Siri Brown, MA, CCC

Siri Brown, M.A., CCC is an integrative psychotherapist with 25 years of experience in individual counselling, group facilitation, and organizational wellness training. She specializes in helping clients heal from anxiety, depression, stress, compassion fatigue, professional burnout, and life transitions. Through customized interventions, Siri empowers individuals to rekindle resilience, restore emotional balance, and thrive in both their personal and professional lives.

Currently practicing in British Columbia, Siri also develops and delivers workshops on topics such as Preventing and Healing from Burnout, Practicing Mindful Self-Care, Cultivating Self-Compassion, and Making the Best of Stress. Her evidence-based approach integrates nervous system regulation techniques and guided visualizations, offering participants practical, evidence-based tools to enhance well-being. She has presented for health care professionals, health authorities, community services, corporate organizations, and at counselling conferences both within and outside of Canada.

A long-time member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), Siri has served in various roles on both provincial and national boards, demonstrating her dedication to the counselling profession and the broader mental health community. Siri decompresses with laughter, time with loved ones, and hikes with her three energetic dogs. She currently holds the position of CCPA Regional Director for BC/Yukon.
